All products are custom manufactured unless otherwise specified.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All estimates and quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of preparation.

Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been accepted and payment has been received.

Manufacturer price increases, discontinued products, or changes in project scope may require updated pricing before an order is finalized.

3. Orders

Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been received and the order has been submitted for production.

Because our products are custom manufactured, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all measurements, colors, fabrics, operating systems, control options, and product selections before production.

4. Customer Measurements

Customers who provide their own measurements accept full responsibility for measurement accuracy.

UpThrone Window Treatments is not responsible for products that do not fit due to inaccurate customer-provided measurements.

Professional measuring services significantly reduce this risk but cannot eliminate variations resulting from structural conditions or building irregularities.

5. Installation

Installation appointments will be scheduled after products are received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to installation areas.

Additional labor charges may apply when unforeseen conditions require additional work, including but not limited to:

  • Obstructed work areas

  • Structural irregularities

  • Reinforcement requirements

  • Excessively high or difficult-to-access windows

  • Previously concealed conditions

UpThrone Window Treatments is not responsible for damage caused by hidden wiring, plumbing, framing defects, building settlement, or other conditions not visible before installation.

6. Product Variations

Because our products are custom manufactured, reasonable variations may occur in:

  • Color

  • Fabric texture

  • Dye lots

  • Wood grain

  • Natural materials

  • Dimensions within manufacturing tolerances

Such variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

7. Delivery and Lead Times

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Actual completion dates may vary due to:

  • Manufacturer production schedules

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Shipping delays

  • Weather

  • Labor shortages

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

UpThrone Window Treatments shall not be liable for delays outside its control.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated before production begins.

Failure to make required payments may delay production, delivery, or installation.

Returned payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Because nearly all products sold by UpThrone Window Treatments are custom manufactured:

  • Custom products are non-returnable.

  • Custom products are non-refundable.

  • Orders may not be cancelled after production begins.

Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return only if approved in writing and subject to applicable restocking fees.

10. Warranty

Products are covered by the UpThrone Lifetime Limited Warranty, where applicable.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply to certain products and components.

11. SMS Messaging Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from UpThrone Window Treatments regarding:
